What counts as a lookup?
One lookup enriches a single customer who shared a handle when they ordered. Orders without a handle never use a credit.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Enrichment pauses until credits reset at the start of your billing period. Handles keep collecting, so nothing is lost. Upgrade any time to resume immediately.
Do customers have to submit their handle?
No. The field is optional and sits quietly inside your existing checkout, so it never blocks a purchase.
How accurate is the follower count?
Counts are pulled live from the public profile at the time of the order, so they reflect the audience each creator had on the day they bought from you.
